Random BSOD Crashes - Can't Replicate
A full reinstall and disabling all applications & processes are both not an option since this PC is also used for work. Related 1Windows 7 (64 bit) random crashes and lockups. I thought maybe it could be the PSU, because according to some PSU calculators I could pull around 900W under 100% load from everything. And sometimes the surface of a hard disk platter gets hit by the read/write head(s) (and that's why you shouldn't bump the computer when it's working) causing permanent damage. his comment is here
Simply double-click on the System icon and proceed to Step 4. What else can I do? It just states that the PC was shutdown improperly. so i toke my rig to my friend's store, we tried to play in a 1150w psu, witch he barrowed from his university, and guess what, same problem.

Doing some research on this, it looks like someone with a similar motherboard as me (ASUS p6t deluxe [I have version 1, he has 2]) had freezing problems as well. When I started this game I was able to play for 12+ hrs straight with no issues. Came back a week ago and now i get 60 FPS on ultra and they told me it was my PC, aint that something. There's no logic for a malfunctioning GPU to crash only in one game. sometimes the power supply cant handle the ampage on the rails and it just crashes the pc with no warning. It is a GW2 issue. First: why modern operating systems don't crash so often Operating systems are really good these days. But the "fix" for the Black Screen problem did not work for me (set Anti-Aliasing to Application, which it already was).
Hopefully random freezing will be fixed as well.
