They should be there since that is where they were imported from initially. I had it set to have the folders at the bottom of the list and the individual sites at the top. Post it below! But perhaps if you have synchronized your favorites to other devices then the favorites will propagate from the devices where Edge is still working - have you tested this?

Although you can access "Favorites" folder using other ways as well such as by typing favorites in RUN dialog box or by directly opening the folder from C:\Users\your_user_name\ in Windows Explorer So Computer Stuff, Utilities, Daily Sites, Gaming Stuff, etc, and just store them all in those folders.
You should end up in this folder and see some variation of this view: In this directory you will see a file named spartan.edb (remember Project Spartan?) and that is where Just at thought.
