Then its on the compatibility tab (i believe, but it could be security ill check when i get home) there is a check box to always run his program as administrator. You can set this to be permanent by right-clicking and going to the compatibility tab. So, will MS pip 2001 work with Windows 7?

Anything is possible but I did not experience the copying, saving, printing issues you mentioned. I tried installing Picture It and it seemed to do so.
