Question About Recovery Console And Sp2
i worked it out. At the command prompt, type bootcfg /list, and then press ENTER. The site won't do me any good at this point. The recovery console from the SP1 CD will not accept even the correct admin password when run on a Windows XP SP2 HDD. have a peek here

At the password prompt, I've used blank by just striking the enter key, used the password i log onto xp with, neither worked.
