Save hijackthis.log. Most recent Windows have these installed by default, but if you don't have these files, they're available from Microsoft.com. At worst you will get a prompt to download a new file from any site that requires it.

If you're new to Tech Support Guy, we highly recommend that you visit our Guide for New Members. If multiple browser hijackers are known to use a startup method, it is included in HijackThis. If an entry isn't common, it does NOT mean it's bad. Removing these can sometimes speed up your computer.
