Actually "Show Desktop" shortcut has been moved to extreme end of Windows 7 Taskbar in form of a small rectangle and Microsoft has disabled "Quick Launch" toolbar intentionally because the same P Awesome! But when I reboot, the toolbar is gone, and I have to do it all over again. Click on the left edge (dotted lines) of the new Quick Launch toolbar, and drag it over to the left as far as it will go.
