You need to keep the resolution for that output down to 640x480 as thats all you'll get through S-Video with a TV. Is the HIS ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB DDR IceQ TV-Out/DVI a good stable card to choose, is it a good company ???? I simply ran an S-Video from the card to the TV. on the back of the tv it will say 120 volt, 60hz ,make sure the frequency is set the same on the computer.The reson it may be clear while booting is I had never used the ATI control panels so I went ahead and downloaded and installed it.
