RAID 0 Offline Need Help!

Thought it would be fun just to mess around with the feature on my motherboard, started transferring data around to actually reduce the amount of drives in the system. It's true what they say.... This leads me to believe that one of the two SSD's just decided to die. Then when I decided to transfer the data off the RAID 0 drive configuration I had a power fluctuation and the RAID went OFFLINE in the BIOS. Back-up your data and do it 'often'. But have no other clue how to use this tool any further What can i do to fix this? weblink The SSD sits above the CD Drive, and I believe that since the ssd's don't hold the sata cable very well the CD drive slowly loosened the cable.
