OS/apps, RAW images to be worked, C1 Previews/C1 Converts, etc. Really nice. It wrote the single large file at 470.4MBps and read that file at 376.2MBps. I have a 2TB storage drive for all my backup needs/important files.
Some drives may not get along with each other, manufacturer's usually release firmware upgrades to fix such things. In the worst case scenario, it would be just a little bit slower from RAID overhead. If the RAID fails, the data will become very difficult to get back. How To Setup Raid 0 Ssd Windows 10 From the looks of it I think it'll be best not to do it, especially because I haven't thought about the point that Teufel9000 made, as hdd's can't use the full

I guess I'll either go with a sata 300 hdd to save money or try a single sata600 hybrid drive. 4 Ssd Raid 0 Veni_Vidi_Vici View Public Profile Search User Find More Posts by Veni_Vidi_Vici Find Threads by Veni_Vidi_Vici 12-02-2011, 11:31 PM #2 Teufel9000 Join Date: Apr 2011 Reputation: 65 Posts: 1,258 About Valve | Business Solutions | Steamworks | Source Engine | Cyber Cafés | Jobs © 2014 Valve Corporation. The equivalent of one hard drive is used to store the parity information, allowing for fault-tolerance with less than the 50 percent capacity reduction of RAID 1. RAID 0 is not recommended for use in servers or other environments where data redundancy is a primary goal.RAID 1 (mirroring)A RAID 1 array contains two hard drives where the data making the pc more responsive. http://robotadv.com/raid-0/raid-0-transplant.html You basically setup 2 Raid 0 arrays and and mirror them.
