Just use RAID10, most people know that this means mirrors that are striped. PerformanceOpponents of RAID will often say that any modern disk is fast enough for video editing and they are right, but only to a certain extent. I would hazard a guess that it was Disk 0 which reported the bad blocks, but you might want to investigate that yourself before pulling drives.
