I checked the processor, and the max memory is 32GB - I have 4 RAM slots, so if I were to keep the 8GB and 4GB stick right now, and add Bug or feature? Edit: After looking at this closer, I would trust the manual, and Crucial, over the Dell website and stick with the UDIMM's.
