This finally fixed it, we have a GPO that enable RDP per default but we never changed the original setting.Thanks for your post ! I already installed X and rolled back to 8.1 on my Lenovo Mixx 2 8 because of the Onedrive/SD card issue, would hate to have to go back on another machine. None have had this issue.
